Last 100 Miami Single Family Homes Sold in September 2007

The following is a list of the last 100 Miami single family homes sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of September 2007. Miami Single Family Home inventory was up almost 4% with 2252 single family homes listed for sale in September. Single family home sales were down however from the 60 homes sold last month to 44 this month; almost a 27% decrease from homes sold in August of this month and a 52% decrease from the 92 Miami single family homes that were sold in September of 2006.



The following statistics includes all sales performed by Miami Realtors for the month of September 2007. The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
