On December 28th, 2010 Robert Shiller, an economics professor at Yale University and co-creator of the S&P/Case-Shiller index of property values, talks about the decline in home prices in October on Bloomberg TV. From October 2009 the home price index fell 0.8 percent. This was the biggest year-over-year decline since December 2009.
