Miami Real Estate Properties, Miami Condos sold in November 2007

The following is a list of the last 100 Miami condos sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of November 2007. The inventory of condos for sale decreased this month by 1.1% from 12,982 for sale in October to 12,841 this month. Miami real estate property sales were down from 192 last month to 184 Miami condos sold this month; a 2% decrease from October 2007 and a 43.9% decrease from the 328 Miami condos that were sold in November of 2006.

  The following statistics includes all Miami condos sold by Miami real estate agents for the month of November 2007. The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
