The inventory of condos listed for sale in the month of March increased by almost 9%. The majority of the condominiums listed for sale were under $799,999. We saw a significant decrease in the inventory for condos priced between $1.5 million and $15 million.

The inventory of single family homes listed for sale in the month of March increased by 7%. The majority of the homes listed for sale were valued between $300,000 and $1.5 million. We saw a slight increase of 10% for condos priced up to $299,999. There was a 13.5% increase in homes valued between $800,000 and $1 million. The inventory of homes valued between $6 million and $15 million stayed in the same percentage range in March 2007 as compared to February 2007.
