The inventory of condos listed for sale in the month of March increased by almost 9%. The majority of the condominiums listed for sale were under $799,999. We saw a significant decrease in the inventory for condos priced between $1.5 million and $15 million.

This information covers areas: 12,22,32,42 which include Golden Beach, Sunny Isles and the areas from South Beach up to North Miami Beach.

During the month of March there were 2,045 single family homes for sale in the areas listed above. This information was gathered based on transactions that were conducted through realtors

The inventory of single family homes listed for sale in the month of March increased by 7%. The majority of the homes listed for sale were valued between $300,000 and $1.5 million. We saw a slight increase of 10% for condos priced up to $299,999. There was a 13.5% increase in homes valued between $800,000 and $1 million. The inventory of homes valued between $6 million and $15 million stayed in the same percentage range in March 2007 as compared to February 2007.
