Last 100 Miami Condos Sold in September 2007
The following is a list of the last 100 condominiums sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of September. Condominium inventory was up almost 2% from last month with 13,103 Miami condos listed for sale in September 2007. Miami condo sales were down however from 213 last month to 170 condos; a 20% decrease from August and a 51% decrease from the 352 Miami condos that were sold in September of 2006.

The following statistics includes all sales performed by Miami Realtors for the month of September 2007. The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County. The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
