
According to the South Florida Multiple Listing Service (MLS), the Miami Beach condo for sale to see the biggest price cut this week is a three-bedroom, three-bathroom condo in the Murano Grande at Portofino located at 1000 S. Pointe Drive in Miami Beach. The $5.75 million Miami Beach real estate property saw an 18 percent, or $1.225 million, price cut off its last asking price of $6.975 million. When it hit the market in December 2009, it was originally listed for $7.35 million. The price was last reduced in April. The penthouse is 2,850-square-foot and sits on the top two floors of the Murano Grande at Portofino and has an upstairs party room with a sauna, roof terrace with pond, bar and "sky beach."
