The Sunset Harbour is located  in the  trendy South Beach, sitting right on the Marina, overlooking Biscayne bay and Miami skyline, just a few steps away from Miami’s largest Publix supermarkets, Joe Allen restaurant, and Lincoln Road Mall. The complex is a two 25-story  building, (North & South). The Sunset Harbour was built by the developer Groupe Pacific in 1996 for the North Tower, and in 1998 for the South Tower. It was designed by architect Heime Shapiro.
