S5 South of Fifth is slated to be a 28-unit complex located in South Beach at 135 Ocean Drive. S5 will boast nine lofts, 10 condos, three penthouses, three cabanas and three two-story beach houses ranging from 1,300 to 6,200 square feet. The residences will boast east-west flow-through plans that will allow for natural sunlight throughout the entire day. The one, two, three, four and five bedroom units, scheduled for completion in 2008, will be the work of developer Matrix and architect Nicolas Brosch Sandoval & Associates.
