The Last 100 Single Family Homes Sold - July 2007
The following is a detailed list of the last 100 single family homes sold through the month of July. There were a total of 2,084 homes listed for sale in the Miami-Dade and Miami Beaches area in which 54 of them were sold. This was a 29.87% decrease from the 77 homes that were sold in the month of June and a 40.66% decrease from the amount of homes sold a year ago in July of 2006.
The following statistics were gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County –The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
