Since the home prices are so low, should we buy instead of rent?

Only six months ago, this question would not even come to mind.

But now, since the Miami homes are still falling into the new year, the question is easily answered. The market is both tempting and forbidding.

There are lots of opportunities to own a home, a condo , a loft or make a real estate investment in Miami for less than it costs to rent.

At the same time, you have to have clear ideas on the purpose of your acquisition and how long are you willing to hold on to it!
