We are seeing new trends in the Miami commercial real estate market. Foreign investors are looking to invest and wait for a better market to collect their profits, while the domestic ones expect a certain return within a short period of time.
On the other hand, we are starting to see retailers looking into a market that was too pricy for them not so long ago.
