Many condominiums these days are for sale at bargain prices, thanks to a huge inventory.
To determine where the best deals could be found, Forbes magazine took a look at the nationwide condo market. Prices on luxury condos for sale have fallen the most, because financing can be so difficult.
The Forbes magazine suggested that the best deals involved paying cash or putting down enough cash so the property can be purchased with a federally-backed loan.
Since properties are moving so slowly, it also suggested that buyers bid low. Even a lowball offer might be accepted.
