Last 100 Single family homes “Sold” Miami real estate-August 2007
The following is a list of the last 100 single family homes sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of August. There were a total of 2,799 single family homes listed for sale in August of 2007 in which 61 of them were sales. This was almost a 9% decrease from the homes sold the previous month of July 2007 and a 52.11% decrease from the 91 sold in August of 2006.

The following statistics includes all sales performed by Miami Realtors for the month of August 2007 – The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County –
The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
