Last 100 Condominiums “Sold” Miami real estate-July 2007

The following is a list of the last 100 condominiums sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of July. There were a total of 12,964 condominiums listed for sale in July 2007 in which 258 of them were sales. This was almost a 30% decrease from the 363 condos sold in June 2007 and a 38.42% decrease from the 419 sold in July of last year.



The following statistics includes all sales performed by Miami Realtors for the month of June 2007 – The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County – The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
