Last 100 Condominiums “Sold” Miami real estate-August 2007
The following is a list of the last 100 condominiums sold in the east Miami-Dade area and Miami Beaches through the month of August. There were a total of 13, 1314 condominiums listed for sale in August 2007 in which 162 of them were sales. This was almost a 30% decrease from the previous month and we saw a 40% decrease from the 363 condos sold in August of last year.

The following statistics include all sales performed by Miami Realtors for the month of August 2007 – The information below was gathered from the Realtor Association of Miami-Dade County –
The areas used in this search were 12, 22, 32 and 42.
