One of the nicest luxury homes in Miami owned by Miami Heat star Dwyane Wade sold for $2.5 million last week. According to a new report from Condo Vultures, sold his Miamilucury home for $1.5 million less than what he paid for it in 2005.
Wade and wife Siohvaughn seperated and sold their two-story, six-bedroom mansion on March 31 for $277 per square foot, compared to the $440 per square foot he paid when he bought the home for $3.98 million. According to the report, the home sits on nearly an acre and was assessed for property tax purposes at $2.9 million, or $316 per square foot,.
It was one of many luxury miami homes for sale and the all-star had to place it on the market several times since 2007, with a price as high as $8.9 million, before selling it last week.
